Roxann Diez Gross, CCC-SLP, ASHA Fellow, has over 33 years of clinical experience and is an adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. She has served as principal investigator on several research grants that she has been awarded.  Her research in the area of respiratory and swallowing interactions has resulted in multiple peer-reviewed and invited publications and frequent invitations to lecture both nationally and internationally. 

She has also served as the Director of Research and Institutional Review Board and Human Subject Protection Administrator at The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh, Director of the UPMC Swallowing Disorders Center-Dept of Otolaryngology, and as a staff and private contractor Speech-Language Pathologist.
